Creating opportunities. Building sustainable futures.

We help organizations, businesses and communities in Jordan turn economic ideas into structured, measurable projects that last.

Broccoli Establishment for Economic Projects Management, Amman, Jordan

How we manage an economic project

Seven stages, from opportunity to lasting value. Select a stage.

    Typical outputs:

Development thinking, with the discipline of business and project management.

Broccoli is a Jordan-based economic development and project management establishment. We work where project management, enterprise development, livelihoods, capacity building, research and advisory services meet.

We start from a simple idea: economic projects get stronger results when strategy, people, markets, implementation and evidence are managed as one connected system. So we look at the economic logic of an intervention, the needs of the people it serves, the operating environment, the capacity to deliver, and the evidence needed to show progress.

Our role can be as focused as early concept and feasibility work, or as broad as full project management, technical assistance, training, monitoring and evaluation.

    Vision

Resilient communities and competitive businesses, supported by inclusive, sustainable and well-managed economic opportunities.

    Mission

To design, manage and strengthen economic projects that turn ideas and resources into practical opportunities, stronger enterprises and measurable socio-economic value.

    • Integrity in what we claim
    • Quality through review
    • Innovation that is useful
    • Inclusion by design
    • Collaboration as partners
    • Accountability for results
    • Sustainability beyond the contract
